Burning rubber
In late April NASCAR and Magic Dust Television made a pit stop in Charleston and looked to CRA to rev up its media coverage. The visit centered around the taping of an episode of “NASCAR Angels.” The episode featured NFL superstar and Camping World Truck Series team owner, Randy Moss, who helped provide Rand resident Mack Reed with a new car for his lifelong community service.
CRA used its media contacts to secure coverage by all three major television networks in the region, live radio interviews with the top talk radio show in Charleston and a story in the
Charleston Gazette, West Virginia’s top statewide newspaper. The results landed CRA in Victory Lane in the eyes of both NASCAR and Magic Dust.
“Thank you again for your amazing efforts on behalf of NASCAR Angels,” said Magic Dust Television candidate producer Marlene Klotz-Collins. “Your impeccable attention-to-detail, execution and follow-up is extraordinary.”
The episode is scheduled to air the weekend of June 20-21. Read more about the episode in the Charleston Gazette.
