A valued resource
When The Dow Chemical Company and Alstom needed to plan a dedication ceremony for West Virginia’s first carbon capture pilot plant, they knew to look no further than CRA. The agency for Dow’s West Virginia Operations since its arrival in the Mountain State, CRA has long been a valued resource for the company for its most significant announcements.
The “on-site” resource for both companies’ corporate communications groups, CRA managed every aspect of the dedication event. Welcoming more than 90 attendees, including top management from both companies, CRA coordinated the event speakers, which included Governor Joe Manchin III, Dow Executive Vice President Heinz Haller, Alstom Head of Power Tim Curran and Alstom Product Manager Sean Black.
“The event was a great success,” said Jennifer Vieweg, director of client services and public affairs. “Our client was very pleased with all aspects of the event and CRA has received high praise for our efforts!”
CRA managed tent/staging/sound rental, catering, shuttle rental for the bus tours and transportation for international guests from their hotel to the airport, electronic Save the Date notices and invitations, program and signage design and production, backdrop design and production, media relations, and registration.
