The power of YES
Voters in Jefferson County, WV, passed a referendum Saturday to allow table
games at the Charles Town Races and Slots. The Charles Town Horsemen’s
Benevolent and Protective Association (CTHBPA) supported the initiative and enlisted the help of CRA to ensure a positive outcome on the referendum vote.
Tasked with developing strategies to support the
organization’s commitment to see the successful passage of table games, CRA
worked with the CTHBPA to develop a brief but aggressive campaign. The
campaign included advertising, direct mail, public relations and
branding.
